Breakfast BuffetDining aboard the Lammer Law is like going to an ocean front restaurant with an ever-changing view. The canopied aft deck is where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served daily. Breakfast is buffet style and always offers fresh local fruit, an assortment of cheese, toast, and several hot dishes. The attentive crew will keep your coffee cup full and surprise you with the fruit juice of the day.

Lunch is also served buffet style. Tableclothes, linens and china are used, and when the bell rings you'll often find a local appetizer, such as shrimp ceviche, waiting for you at your table. The crew will occasionally blend in just the right amount of Ecuadorian cuisine by offering several special treats throughout the week, but you'll especially enjoy one day of the cruise where the crew puts together a special menu of many of their favorite Ecuadorian dishes.

Fruitful CenterpieceBetween the daily activities of diving, snorkeling, sunbathing and hiking the beautiful islands you are invited to participate in another traditional local custom called "siesta". But don't nap through the delicious mid-afternoon snacks the chef has prepared and serves for you in the main saloon and top deck.

At dinnertime, the mood is more elegant and the meal is served family style. Every meal starts with a delicious tureen of soup, the recipe varying each evening. Followed by a salad of fresh vegetables and main course with a variety of specialties. Lammer Law has a fully stocked bar so you can mix up just about any kind of drink you choose, or ask the crew to whip up one of their special blender drinks for you. There is a nice selection of beer and a variety of wines, many from Chile, renowned for their excellent vintage. Drinks are tallied using an honor system. Write down what you consume on your card and pay for it at the end of the week.
